FAQs
Have a question about our pumpkins, process of ordering, caring for pumpkins, etc.? Find answers here!
How long can my pumpkins last?
Florida’s warm and humid climate can cause pumpkins to rot quickly—but with a little care, you can enjoy them much longer!
To help extend the life of your pumpkins, we will clean your pumpkins at delivery with a cleaning spray. We recommend cleaning your pumpkins weekly with a bleach or vinegar solution to help prevent mold and decay.
For extra protection, try sprinkling cinnamon around the base of your pumpkinscape—it’s a natural way to help deter pests like ants and gnats.
We stand behind the quality of our pumpkins. If you notice any signs of rotting within the first 48 hours of delivery, please contact us—we’ll happily replace the affected pumpkins at no charge.
When can I order?
We will open orders around the middle of September and keep them open until mid-October or until we sell out of our allotted deliveries!
When do deliveries begin?
We have a 3-week delivery window from October 5 to October 24.
Most days within that timeframe are available for deliveries. When you place your order, you’ll select your preferred delivery week, and we’ll follow up with you to schedule your exact delivery date as the time gets closer.
Do I need to be home for my delivery?
No need to adjust your schedule!
Delivery and setup can take place without you being home. Please note that delivery and design may occur at different times, as they are handled by separate team members.
I decided I want my pumpkins picked up at the end of the season, but didn’t add that to my order. Is it too late?
You can still add a pumpkin pickup to your order! Just go to our Pumpkins Add-On page, and select which pick-up time you want!
Pumpkin Season is also Hurricane Season. What happens if a hurricane affects my scheduled delivery week?
If a hurricane or severe weather event impacts your scheduled delivery week, we will contact you as soon as possible. If your original delivery date needs to change, we will reschedule your delivery for the earliest safe and available time after the storm passes.
